after formatting and configureting my OS as well, my audio quality came alive from dead. finally...
the guy who made it for me said that there was a nasty driver file inside my OS driver folder that killed echo, reverb and delay processes and caused bad audio quality too. he said it's called "echo killer" or something else (added at windows\system32\drivers). do you people know something about that issue?
