If it is a really AKAI disc... it is for Mac! yes
You can import it in Logic using EXS24 or open (and convert it in Wav or other formats) with CDXtract 4.2.3.

after turning the files into bin, cue files there is no way to open it, it will not open in toast so there is no way to convert the files inside. if you know of a way it would sure help? there is no way to get the files out from any of the apps that i have so there is no way to mount it, if any one has done so can you post a how too mount it and how to extract the files from the bin cue.
my computer is saying it is not readable

Sure, because it is AKAI. Toast don't handle that format.
You don't need to open it but just mount it.

About to download it...

**IF*** it is BIN+CUE, I recommend you use Daemon Tools on a PC (or on a Mac with ParallelsDesktop/Fusion) to mount the CUE virtually. The PC *WILL NOT* be able to directly access the data, but most pro software VSTi samplers ***WILL***. Alternatively you may open the data from within CDxtract, AWave, ChickeSys Translator, Extreme Sample Converter or other PC utilities, and convert it to another sample bank format (GIGA, Kontakt, SF2, etc)...

Just to be clear:
on Mac Toast opens very well CUE / BIN but does not handle internal samples as Akai.
So after mounting the image on the desktop, and as I said above, we must open the new AKAI image with CDXtract 4.2.3 and convert it to the desired format. winked
